Mission and Vision Statement
The mission of the YMCA is to enhance the quality of life spiritually, intellectually, and physically, incorporating Christian values. The YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. is a component of the world-wide organization and is fully autonomous. It operates as a charity not for profit serving residents of every age, culture, and background in the community.
The principal services for the YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. are designed to provide the community with programs that support the holistic development of children and youth, health and well being for all and family strengthening. By offering programs and services in community based facilities, the YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. offers residents a place to belong and to live the values that guide and unite members: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
The Vision for the YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. is to be the leading provider for our community for youth, family and adult programming.

YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. Annual Charitable Giving Campaign
The YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. goal is to never turn away anyone for the inability to pay. We would like to continue that goal and raise $75,000 in funds to assist youth/adults/families/seniors to participate in programs and activities at any of the YMCA facilities.
