The Mission: To put Christian principles into practice through programs which build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
The YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. is a component of the world-wide organization and is fully autonomous. It operates as a charity not for profit serving residents of every age, culture, and background in the community.
The principal services for the YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. are designed to provide the community with programs that support the holistic development of children and youth, health and well being for all and family strengthening. By offering programs and services in community based facilities, the YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. offers residents a place to belong and to live the values that guide and unite members: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
The Vision for the YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc. is to be the leading provider for our community for youth, family and adult programming.
