We would like to continue that goal and raise $75,000 in funds to assist youth/adults/families/seniors to participate in programs and activities at any of the YMCA facilities. Fitness Center Orientations
Youth between the ages of 11 and 14 who are interested in using the wellness centers must complete a free class, which is offered the first Monday of the month at the North Street YMCA.
YMCA staff also recommend that new adult members attend
a free weight room orientation. For sign-up information, call 925-9622.
YMCA Now Offering Before & After School Care At Multiple Locations. 
The YMCA of DeKalb County, Inc., Inc. offers Before and After School programming for several local schools: Garrett-Keyser-Butler, St. Joseph Catholic, and DeKalb Central. We strive to offer quality school-age childcare for the children of working parents who need a little help. Students in the program will have access to physical fitness activities, outdoor play, healthy snacks, homework assistance, computer labs, arts and crafts and science and literacy activities.

YMCA Daycare Accepting New Children!
The YMCA Day Care is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and offers a well-balanced program focused on the developmental needs of children. This program offers year-round childcare for children ages 1 to 5. Children ages 3 to 5 also will benefit from the YMCA’s preschool curriculum from September through May. The YMCA offers age appropriate camp curriculum during the summer. This program is offered at the North Street facility. For more information, please click here or you can call (260) 925-9622 .
